We're expanding our team at our Alt Cannabinoid Store & Lounge, and we're seeking a part-time (25 hours a week) associate who's ready to embark on a rewarding journey in this dynamic industry. Availability Friday through Sunday.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cultivate robust, long-lasting relationships with customers, fostering customer retention and business growth.
• Employ strategic upselling techniques tailored to individual customer needs and preferences.
• Demonstrate extensive knowledge of our product range, including alternative cannabinoid products, vape items, and glass merchandise. Comprehensive product training is provided in the first week of onboarding.
• Respond promptly and professionally to incoming phone calls and ensure exceptional client service.
• Guide customers in selecting products that best fit their needs.
• Manage smooth checkout experiences and perform opening and closing duties with an emphasis on cleanliness and organization.
• Maintain an inviting and orderly environment in both the showroom and lounge areas.
• Monitor inventory levels and efficiently handle incoming shipments, ensuring accurate product recording.
• Manage and respond to customer service cases via Zendesk for our e-commerce store during slower periods.
• Perform miscellaneous tasks assigned by management during off time.

Requirements:

• 1 years of experience in the cannabis industry preferred
• 1 years of customer service experience required.
• Deep knowledge of the hemp and cannabis industry .
• Proven ability in building customer relationships.
• Keen eagerness to learn and grow with our company.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
