We are currently seeking experienced facilities maintenance person; this is a part time position 16-20 hours a week. We can offer a flexible schedule both in hours and days. This a great opportunity for someone that’s retired and still wants to work some.

Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as repairing machinery, equipment, or structures
- Conduct inspections to identify and resolve maintenance issues
- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner
- Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical, electrical, or plumbing problems
- Fabricate or repair parts using hand or power tools
- Supervise and coordinate the work of contractors or other maintenance personnel
- Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with regulations

Experience:
- Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a related field
- Strong electrical and mechanical knowledge
- Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical manuals
- Proficient in English, both written and verbal
- Leadership skills to effectively supervise maintenance personnel
