OVERVIEW
Charge Nurses at Regency Integrated Health Services are leaders and teachers to the Certified Nurse Aides and Certified Medication Aides.
LVNs and RNs partner closely with CNAs and CMAs to ensuring the provision of quality care that promotes the highest practicable physical, mental, and psychological well-being of each resident as determined by resident assessments and individual plans of care. Charge Nurses must have strong communication skills as they work closely with family members and doctors to discuss the needs and any change in condition in the residents.
QUALIFICATIONS
Educational/Training Requirements
Must have completed an RN or LVN program at an accredited vocational schools, college, or university
Licensing Requirements
Must possess a current and valid Texas RN or LVN Licensure
