The Part Time Therapy Tech/Custodian is a vital role and part of the Talking Tadpoles team. Our ideal candidate is action-oriented, positive, and outgoing.

This position will be located in our Grand Prairie clinic, and the hours are Monday – Thursday, 2:30 PM - 6:30 PM

Pay: $14/hour. 

Therapy Tech/Custodian Responsibilities: 

• Maintains a friendly and welcoming relationship with all clients and staff. 
• Keeps all office areas organized and clean and Weekly Facility Checks.
• Cleaning floors/carpets daily (sweeping/vacuuming/mopping) 
• Sanitizing employee and patient bathrooms morning, and before clinic closes. 
• Cleaning break room area each day, both morning and afternoon. This includes wiping all countertops, washing any dishes in sink, and putting away items. 
• Weekly: Clean out the fridge in break room.
• Cleaning carpets using company cleaner as needed. 
• Emptying all office trash cans each evening, and as requested during the day. 
• Ensuring all office surfaces are wiped/sanitized daily.
• Keeping toy closet organized. 
• Keep all information confidential in accordance with HIPAA. 
• Sanitize gym equipment before clinic opens, and as requested, during the day. 
• Sanitize toys before the clinic opens, and as requested, during the day. 
• Prepares treatment areas for therapy and maintains safe and sanitary conditions. 
• Assist therapists with patient transition and hand washing before and after sessions when requested. 
• Knowledgeable in all standard policies and procedures, and upholds those standards. 
• Represent the clinic in the community in a professional manner. 
• Other duties as assigned 

Bilingual (Spanish) a plus, but not required.
