We are searching for an energetic, detail oriented, and reliable candidate to become one of our Midday Bakers at our Sun Prairie, WI location.

This position offers a set base wage plus hourly tips. The ideal candidate would be able to work mid-shifts throughout the week, as well as have Saturday availability. All Crumbl locations are closed on Sundays.

Responsibilities:

• Have a positive, upbeat attitude, and be willing to learn
• Able to lift 50 lbs and stand idle for longer periods of time
• Be able to read through and follow recipes
• Measuring and combining ingredients and using mixers, blenders, and other equipment (18 ) to make cookies
• Decorating and displaying finished product
• Testing ingredients and finished goods to ensure that each item meets food safety and quality controls
• Greeting customers, answering questions, making recommendations, accepting orders and payment, and providing exceptional customer service
• Cleaning and restocking workstation and ensuring that all equipment is sanitized and prepared for the next shift
• Constant communication with Shift Leaders and Managers to ensure daily goals are met

Requirements:

• Must be 16 years or older to apply
• Legally eligible to work in the United States
• Must be able to work the mid-day shifts (anytime between 10AM-8PM)
• Must be able to complete scheduled shifts
• Must have reliable transportation to and from location
• Excellent communication skills
• Time management skills
• Must have or be willing to obtain a Food Safety Handlers Certificate (**Not Funded by Crumble-$9.99 Cost**)

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $12.00 - $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
