U Got A Friend Home Care Agency is Hiring a Receptionist Near Tulsa, OK

U Got A Friend (UGAF) Premium Veteran and Senior In-Home Care founded in 2019 and headquartered in Tulsa, OK. We pride ourselves on being a premier home care agency, serving our veterans and seniors with professionalism, respect, and, most importantly, allowing our elderly population to age with dignity!

Currently we are looking for part time office receptionist and the office receptionist is responsible for welcoming and directing visitors, managing phone calls and correspondence, and providing administrative support to the office staff. The receptionist serves as the first point of contact for the company, making a positive impression on clients and guests and contributing to the overall efficiency and professionalism of the office.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Work as a finger print technician (training will be provided).
  • Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages and forwarding calls as needed.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, email, and faxes.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area and conference rooms.
  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference room reservations.
  • Perform general administrative duties, such as filing, data entry, and photocopying.
  • Maintain office supply inventory and order as necessary.
  • Coordinate with building management for maintenance and repairs.
  • Assist with coordinating events, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Provide administrative support to the office staff, as needed.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer skills
  • Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role is preferred.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor

Job Type: Part time (10am - 2pm)

Salary: $11/hour
