Your role

You will work together with our team to deliver quality pet parent service and a great work environment. You will be working in an energetic store environment where you will be able to positively influence and guide others, and maintain an encouraging team environment.

You will be great in our stores as a sales associates or if you

· Love animals and people

· Like to sell

· Have great communication skills and understand how to create an excellent pet parent service experience

· Are open to learning new things

· Love working in a team

· Feel comfortable with responsibilities like cash handling and store safety

· Like a fast-paced, energetic work environment

· Can maintain a clean and organized workspace

Qualifications for the position

· Meet Woof Gang Bakery Lithia store operating policies and standards, including providing quality pet parent experiences and expertise in our products, cash handling, and store safety and security

· Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality

· Available to work mornings, weekends, and holidays

· Six (6) months of experience in a position requiring constant interaction with pet parents

(appointment booking not required, but is perfered)

Knowledge, skills, and abilities

· Great communication skills

· Understand the retail environment

· Strong interpersonal skills

· Ability to work as part of a team

· Ability to build relationships and engage teams
