Team Worldwide is Hiring a Forklift Operator- Winnsboro, TX (Part-time) Near Winnsboro, TX

Team Worldwide in Winnsboro, TX is seeking to add a part-time Forklift Operator to assist their LTL terminal operations on Saturdays. The hours of the position would be on Saturday from 8am until closing.

Reporting Structure

This position reports to the LTL Operations Manager.

Responsibilities

As a Forklift Operator, you will have the following responsibilities:

  • Unload freight from incoming trucks and place in designated areas
  • Load freight on to outgoing trucks according to instructions
  • Observe proper warehouse and forklift safety practices at all times

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Must be 21 years or older.
  • Forklift and general freight handling experience is a plus.
  • Must be able to occasionally lift and/or move up to seventy-five (75) pounds.
  • Ability to prioritize, multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.

Team Worldwide-IND in Indianapolis, IN, is seeking an experienced Dispatcher in the Freight Forwarding/3PL industry. The ideal candidate will be well versed in cartage freight operations, customer service and communications, and carrier capacity operations.

Responsibilities

As a Dispatcher, you will have the following responsibilities:

  • Prioritize, schedule and dispatch freight for pick-up, delivery and recoveries via company drivers and cartage agents.
  • Interact with Branch offices, customers and cartage agents to rate and quote shipments.
  • Communicate with local company drivers and outside cartage agents as needed to ensure shipment handling and delivery practices meet customer expectations.
  • Work alongside operations team to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction, operational efficiency and the ability to drive Key Performance indicators
  • Monitor freight movement using various internal and external applications.
  • Ensure drivers are following policies as it relates to OS&D reports, along with continual enhancements with technology such as mobile applications.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

  • 3-5 years minimum experience preferred
  • Ability to prioritize, multitask and manage time effectively
