The Milford Assessor’s Office is hiring a part-time position to assist our Data Collector with property inspections. Typical work includes the exterior measurement and interior inspection of residential properties, navigating inspection routes, and record keeping.

Candidate must be able to work in all weather conditions and must possess good interpersonal skills. Bi-lingual in Portuguese and/or Spanish and knowledge of the Milford area is a plus.

This is a 12-16 hour/week position, typically Monday through Thursday 8 a.m. to noon but there is some flexibility, and hours may be weather-dependent.

This position pays at a rate of $20.04/hour until 7/1/24; thereafter it pays $20.64/hour.
