That 1 Painter Essex has an outstanding opportunity for an experienced Outside Sales Representative. The Outside Sales Rep will be responsible for scheduling a no-cost no obligation painting/ home improvement estimate. It is the responsibility of the outside sales rep to record accurate data regarding the information of prospective customers and to represent That 1 Painter with enthusiasm and professionalism. Prior sales experience is preferred but not required, as all training, marketing materials, and company apparel are provided to you. We offer ongoing training and support to ensure your success.
In this role you will:
● Prospect and generate appointments for new residential business with potential customers in an assigned geographic area
● Find ways to connect with the community
● Successfully group homes in assigned area to correct label in canvassing app
● Participate in weekly training and meetings
● Apply knowledge of the services offered to match services to the needs of the customers
We Require:
● Effective communication skills and be a Team Player
● The ability to work on your feet
● Polished and professional demeanor and be coachable
● Driven and self-motivated with a strong sales acumen
● A valid drivers license and reliable personal transportation to office and to job sites
Ability to commute/relocate:
