Maintain confidential files and records to ensure that all required documents are collected, scanned and filed appropriately. Provides clerical support to the HR department and may assist with answering employee questions, safety records, data entry, and distributing checks. Maintain proper records of employee attendance and leaves; assist HR Manager in orientations and hiring. Also, ordering office supplies while keeping an organized supply area and light cleaning.
