Scoozer is a scooter rental business that operates at Las Vegas North Premium Outlets. Our product provides shoppers with a convenient and entertaining transportation medium while shopping.

We are looking for a part-time operations/customer support team member to ensure stable business operation and assist customers with their rentals. The ideal candidate for this opportunity is patient, empathetic, has good communication and problem-solving skills.

This opportunity is ideal for team members who are looking for a flexible schedule. You will gain exposure and experience in the development of a business.

Your four key responsibilities will include:

• Assisting customers with rentals including accepting payments, initiating and ending rentals
• Using internal system to ensure scooter functionality
• Communicating progress and updates with management
• Respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction

Required skills:

• Problem-solving skills: able to think outside of the box to address unexpected challenges
• Customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
• Excellent communication skills: must speak fluent English and Spanish
• Comfortable with CRM systems and tools

Job Types: Part-time, Contract
