Qualifications for Receptionist:

• Greet visitors and answer the telephone in a professional and courteous manner

• Direct Calls and handle inquiries

• Assist patients as needed, scheduling appointments etc.

• Perform light clerical duties

Responsibilities for Receptionist:

• Must be able to read, write and speak English

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• Excellent verbal communication skills

• Clerical Experience

• Computer skills; MS Word and Outlook

• Must be comfortable to assist in emergency situations in a calm, competent manner
