We are a growing company that will offer a part-time employee a great long term opportunity where you can be your own boss. The pay rate will be $17 - $23 per hour based on skill set and experience and will be between 20 – 30 hours per week as needed. Also will be available to be reached anytime for an emergency at the property.

The Position: Fix and maintain mechanical equipment, buildings, parking lots. Tasks include plumbing work, painting, flooring repair and upkeep, electrical repairs and heating and air conditioning system maintenance, and other repair/maintenance work as needed.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $23.00 per hour
