We are looking for a part time Maintenance person to undertake the responsibility to preserve the good condition and functionality of premises.

You will perform maintenance tasks of great variety such as painting, HVAC filter installation, plumbing and landscaping etc.

Responsibilities include:

• Pick up trash in parking lot, sweep up cigarette butts and pull weeds and landscaping as necessary
• Basic plumbing, electrical, and painting in guest rooms and public areas
• This position requires the ability to climb stairs and ladders
• Up keep of the property

Experience:

• Minimum 6 months experience required
• Be flexible as hours will vary
• Must be dependable
• May be required to work weekends and holidays
