We are a rapidly growing full-service advertising agency that needs an experienced Executive Assistant who will support our Executive Vice President.

What we are looking for:

Sensis is seeking a part-time Executive Assistant with up to five years of experience. The Executive Assistant will:

* Efficiently manage the executive's calendar, ensuring all appointments, meetings, and events are accurately scheduled and communicated.

* Manage multiple and competing requirements with efficiency.

* Prioritize and carry out special projects and complex assignments as needed, exercising frequent independent judgment, initiative, and tact.

* Regularly interact with senior management and executive levels on various matters.

* Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, screening, and prioritizing communications, and responding on behalf of the executive as needed.

* Act as a personal assistant to the executive, handling various administrative tasks as needed.

What you'll bring along:

* 5 years of experience.

* Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.

* Ability to multi-task and prioritize assignments.

* Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
