SafeHouse Denver has been around for 47 years, and we are on a mission to improve the lives of domestic violence survivors. We are committed to providing survivors with a safe space, where they are believed, supported, and trusted. We guide community awareness of domestic violence through education, partnerships, and inclusion. We are currently looking for a Residential Support Staff with organization, time management and crisis intervention skills- to support our work as we prepare to serve more survivors in greater ways. Associate’s degree in social work or related field | Bachelor’s Degree |
One or more years of experience | Two years of experience |
Crisis intervention, knowing how to engage with survivors of trauma | Skills in crisis intervention and trauma informed work |
Strong technical aptitude with advanced proficiency in utilizing MS Office. | Ability to work in a diverse environment. |
Passion for the SafeHouse Denver mission. | A solid understanding of how people and organizations change and the ability to be adaptable. |
