Job Position: Retail Associate
Retail associate duties include but are not limited to:
Retail associate duties include but are not limited to:
- Lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Standing/walking up to 8 hours a day.
- Cashiering/customer returns.
- Cleaning.
- Recovery/sizing.
- Processing stock.
- Running stock to the sales floor.
- Proper merchandising.
- Scanning merchandise for pricing.
- Shrink reduction initiatives.
- Customer service.
- Meeting productivity goals.
Requirements:
- Must be 18 or older
- Available nights and weekends
- Open to teaching/training/coaching to improve performance.
- Available early mornings for Scanning Markdowns on Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday
- Positive attitude and team player.
