We are seeking a confident and persuasive individual to join our team as a Dental Office Marketer, specializing on in-store promotions. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with potential patients in various retail settings, introducing them to our dental office, and encouraging them to schedule appointments for our services. Your primary goal will be to attract new patients and expand our client base through face-to-face interactions in stores and other public venues. Bonus available

Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute in-store promotional campaigns to generate interest in our dental office and services.
• Visit local stores, shopping centers, and community events to identify potential patients and initiate conversations.
• Approach individuals and groups in a friendly and approachable manner, explaining the benefits of choosing our dental office for their oral healthcare needs.
• Distribute promotional materials, such as flyers, brochures, and discount coupons, to capture the attention of shoppers and encourage them to inquire further.
• Engage in active dialogue with potential patients to understand their dental concerns and preferences, addressing any questions or objections they may have.
• Highlight the unique features and advantages of our dental services, including convenient location, flexible scheduling, advanced technology, and exceptional patient care.
• Utilize persuasive communication techniques to overcome objections and encourage individuals to schedule appointments or consultations.
• Collect contact information from interested individuals and follow up with them to schedule appointments and provide additional information as needed.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to track and analyze the effectiveness of in-store promotions, providing feedback and recommendations for improvement.
• Represent the dental office professionally and ethically at all times, maintaining a positive reputation within the community.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in sales, marketing, or customer service roles, with a focus on face-to-face interactions preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with diverse individuals.
• Confident and outgoing personality, with a natural ability to engage and persuade others.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, capable of managing promotional materials and collecting accurate data.
• Ability to work independently and proactively seek out opportunities to engage with potential patients.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed to accommodate store hours and community events.
• Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation for local travel to stores and events.
