Sales Clerks

Sales Clerks are responsible for providing excellent customer service by maintaining a friendly environment, quickly and accurately utilizing the POS system for cash register transactions, and ensuring that the store is maintained to meet all company standards. Sales Clerks will undertake a variety of tasks each shift including; food prep, generating sales, housekeeping, merchandising, stocking, pricing, cash register operations, and loss prevention. This position requires a positive attitude, outgoing personality, and a willingness to assist our customers, vendors, and other teammates to the best of their ability.

• Ensure that each guest receives outstanding service by providing a friendly environment which includes: greeting and acknowledging every guest, demonstrating a solid knowledge of our products, providing necessary assistance in locating products, and all other components of customer service.
• Maintain an awareness of merchandise promotions, test merchandise, and advertisements.
• Assist in floor moves, display maintenance, and store housekeeping.
• Assist in processing and replenishing merchandise; participate in receiving and monitoring floor stock.
• Adhere to all Company policies, procedures, and practices pertaining to signing, pricing, and loss prevention, and checking IDs.
• Accurately and efficiently complete all sales transactions and maintain proper cash and media accountabilities at POS registers.
• Perform regular cleaning activities including: cleaning floors, glass doors, counter surfaces, restrooms, emptying all interior and exterior trash cans, rotating and straightening merchandise, and cleaning food and beverage equipment.
• Any other duties as assigned by management.
