Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the front desk
- Check guests in and out of the hotel using the computerized reservation system
- Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries or requests
- Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
- Handle guest complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner
- Assist with guest check-in and check-out procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Process payments and maintain accurate records of guest transactions
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proficient in using phone systems and computerized reservation systems
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Ability to handle difficult situations with patience and professionalism
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
