The Position

Are you passionate about fitness and helping others lead healthy, active lives? Join our team as a Fitness Assistant at our vibrant continuing care community! As a Fitness Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the physical well-being of our residents by assisting with fitness classes, organizing recreational activities, and providing personalized assistance to help residents achieve their wellness goals. This role requires a Personal training certification from ACSM or other nationally recognized organizations. Group fitness experience required. Lifeguard certification is ideal. Previous experience working with Seniors is a plus.
