OBJECTIVES

• Keep the warehouse stocked with all parts and materials that are needed on a daily basis including management of inventory control and barcoding.
• Pull all materials for jobs and place them in the appropriate install trailer.
• Operate forklift as needed.
• Run parts and equipment to technicians and installers on service calls, as needed.
• Keep the warehouse tidy, hazard-free and all stock put away in its proper locations.
• Match job folders to job scheduling software.
• Attend any and all internal or external training sessions provided to you.
• Process all warranty claims within a 30-day window of repair date.
• Ensure inventory remains maintained throughout the warehouse and the job trailers.

COMPETENCIES

• Maintain a clean driving record, background, and be absent of drug use.
• Some knowledge of plumbing, HVAC and electrical equipment and parts.
• Ability to withstand heat, maneuver and lift heavy objects.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• High school diploma or equivalent. On-site training and continued education will be provided.
