Liberty Pointe Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center in beautiful Doylestown, PA is hiring for a Part Time Weekend Registered Nurse Supervisor 7a-7p.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
The Registered Nurse Supervisor will assist in directing and supervising the implementation of the resident care plan, including but not limited to: ensuring use of appropriate safety devices, positioning and toileting plans, infection control measures.
The Registered Nurse Supervisor will regularly round on nursing units that includes but is not limited to: checking in staff and greeting all new admissions.
The Registered Nurse Supervisor will assist in creating a team-oriented atmosphere that enhances resident care and quality of life.
The Registered Nurse Supervisor will support the healthcare staff to document correctly and assures communication to all responsible parties including administration and unit managers.
The RN Supervisor will consult with Unit Managers in the provision of continuity of care to residents.
The RN Nurse Supervisor will prepare and administer performance reviews for shift staff in consultation with unit managers; provide correction/re-education to shift staff as needed.
