Kowalski’s deli is a face-paced, high customer service department. An ideal deli associate is inviting and service-minded. They also are in alignment with adhering to state health code standards for safety and sanitation, ensuring service of the highest quality and freshest ready-to-serve foods.

Deli associates are responsible for building right relationships with their coworkers and customers through transparent and respectful communication, teamwork and problem-solving.

No experience is required! Kowalski’s provides extensive, in-person, hands-on training that thoroughly educates new employees on how to perform their jobs safely, quickly, and efficiently.

Requirements:

• Flexible to schedule 25-28 hours a week
• Available between the hours of 1pm and 10pm
• Weekend and holiday availability
• Ensure quality and safety of food
• Comfortable speaking to customers in an energetic and helpful manner
• Ability to work independently
• Interest in preparing, handling, and cooking food
• Interest in product knowledge
• Understand that you have the power to impact customers and coworkers day in a positive way
