**Description**

Skills:

* Must be able to work all weekends (Saturday and Sunday) 12:00pm - 9:00pm

* Answer incoming calls

* Provide route information and answer questions from the general public

* Regularly interact with customers both in person and by phone

* Ensure outstanding customer service is provided

* Strict adherence to Keolis and client policies and procedures

* Sell bus passes and ensure till is balanced

* Issue ID cards

* Provide information to the public

* Other duties as assigned

Knowledge and Experience

* High School Diploma or Equivalent.

* Must have problem solving skills.

* Must have at least 6 months of Customer Service experience.

* Must have good people skills and be prepared to handle upset customers

* Computer literate

**Additional Statements**

**Drug and alcohol screening:** Employment contingent upon passing pre-employment drug and alcohol screen. Also, contingent upon receiving a favorable background check. Must pass a physical examination.
