POSITION SUMMARY

As a School Psychologist, you will provide consultation, assessment, and intervention services to students, families, and school staff through virtual platforms. You will work collaboratively with educators and families to support the academic, behavioral, and emotional well-being of students in a learning environment. RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Conduct virtual assessments to evaluate students' cognitive, academic, and socio-emotional functioning.

• Develop and implement evidence-based interventions to support students' academic and social-emotional needs.

• Collaborate with educators and families to develop effective interventions and accommodations to support students' learning and development.

• Provide consultation to school staff and families to promote positive behavior support strategies and effective classroom management practices.

• Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and provide guidance on appropriate goals and interventions for students with disabilities.

• Maintain accurate and timely records of assessments, interventions, and consultation services provided.

• Communicate effectively and professionally with school staff, families, and other stakeholders.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Master's or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or related field

• Must hold a School Psychologist license in the state in which this position is being offered (Maryland) and must be in good standing with the licensing board. 

• Strong knowledge of evidence-based practices in assessment, intervention, and consultation services for students

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a virtual team environment.

• Comfortable using virtual platforms and technology to deliver services and maintain accurate records.

• Ability to provide services during standard school hours and maintain a flexible schedule to meet the needs of students, families, and schools.

Employment with Interdynamics is contingent upon completing screening requirements (including, but not limited to, Criminal Background Check and State Child Abuse Registry Clearance).
