High Point ABC is Hiring a Part-Time Retail Customer Service Associate Near High Point, NC

Join a fantastic team. We are looking for Retail Customer Service Representatives to provide excellent shopping experiences for our customers. A positive attitude and a strong work ethic are essential for the successful candidate. We are searching for new team members who thrive in active environments and are eager to add their skills and experience to our customer-oriented retail staff. Nights and weekends are required. A national background check will be performed before an offer of employment is made. All employees are subject to random drug testing.

Responsibilities Include

  • Responsible sell of alcohol
  • Greet and direct customers
  • Answer customers’ questions about specific products
  • Ensure shelves are fully stocked
  • Provide efficient and accurate cash register procedures
  • Stay up-to-date with new products
  • Ensure cleanliness and safety of the store

Skills

  • Proven work experience as a Retail Sales Representative, Sales Associate or similar role
  • Knowledge of inventory stocking procedures
  • Basic math and computer skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to perform in fast-paced environments
  • Flexibility to work various shifts including nights and weekends
  • Ability to provide professional references
  • At least 21 years of age

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $12.50 - $14.50 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 25 per week
