Reception Attendant Overview:

The Reception Attendant is responsible for providing outstanding customer service while our guests enjoy a special dining experience. With a smile as you greet guests to explaining the menu offerings you can deliver a high level of service that exceeds our customers expectations.

We are looking for a enthusiastic, friendly candidate for one night a week to assist guests during our evening reception Wednesday nights.

Responsibilities include:

Welcome and connects with every customer. 

Discover customer's needs and make recommendations you genuinely feel your guests will enjoy.

Answer questions about our food, beverages and other Hotel functions and services.

Maintain a presentable food display and making necessary additions / changes to food.

Perform running side work and opening & closing duties throughout your shift as required by service station assignment.

Maintain a clean and organized work and service area.

Ensure guests are satisfied with the beverage, food, and service. 

Respond promptly and courteously to any requests.

Teamwork -- Offer or ask for help to your fellow team members as situations arise.

Job Requirements:

• Have a keen eye for detail, time management and great customer service skills.
• Pleasant and friendly demeanor.
• Food & Beverage experience preferred.
• Able to work as a team and independently.
• Flexible working hours.
• Ability to work with little or no supervision while meeting high-performance standards.
• Physical mobility and stamina.
• Ability to follow instructions.
