DUTIES OVERVIEW OF THE LEAD GENERATOR:
- Responding to incoming calls for service with a positive attitude, a smile in your voice and a "yes, I can" mentality to help the caller.
- Making outbound calls to current, previous, and new customers to schedule service, promote preventative maintenance programs and answering any questions about our services
- Responding to online inquiries and voicemails utilizing strong interpersonal skills
- Coordinating required response for all emergency service calls
- Keeping records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, comments, as well as actions taken. Utilizing basic software without errors.
- Delivering various communications to homeowners as needed
- Performing other tasks related to the position as assigned
- Ability to work remotely from your home, free of distraction, is required***
- Must possess your own computer as we will install the needed software***
- Must be at least 18 years of age***
- At least 6 months of prior work experience
- A knack for making the customer feel comfortable, heard, and taken care of
- Positive attitude and a knack for SALES!
- EXCELLENT customer service demeanor to treat our customers like gold
- Flexible and adaptable to work in our ever changing environment
- Accurate and detail oriented
- Thick skin and ability to handle HIGH and LOW volume call days
- WORK SCHEDULE EXPECTATIONS:
- The work schedule for this position is:
- Monday-Friday typically from 11am-4pm CST
- One required rotating Saturday or Sunday, 4-hour shift.

**$18.00 base wage to start additional earning potential through an incentive plan!
