Requirements

• Professional experience leading a high quality center (3 QR stars or NAEYC accreditation) 
• Teaching experience with infant and toddlers is highly preferred
• Bachelor's degree in ECE or related field Master's Degree highly preferred
• Strong knowledge of GA Quality Rated and NAEYC Accreditation Process
• Three-five years experience in business operations and ECE curriculum
• Exceptional professional conduct
• Exceptional written, and oral communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Deadline driven
• Prefers working as part of a team
• Ability to multi-task with attention to details
• Willing to go into the classroom as needed to ensure proper coverage and DHCDC ratio's are realized
• Enthusiastic and adaptable, work well under pressure
