Join Envision Counseling, a team of dedicated behavioral health professionals and educators committed to providing personalized care in a supportive, respectful, and culturally responsive environment. Our team comprises independent licensed mental health counselors, couple/family therapists, and social workers.
Responsibilities:
· Assist in enrolling new clients into programs and services.
· Gather and verify client information, including demographics, contact details, and insurance information.
· Explain program eligibility criteria and benefits to clients.
· Process enrollment paperwork and submit it to the relevant authorities.
· Follow up with clients to ensure a smooth enrollment process.
Client Communication and Support:
· Promptly respond to phone calls and emails from clients regarding enrollment inquiries.
· Provide comprehensive details on program offerings and eligibility requirements.
· Address client issues and concerns professionally and promptly.
· Maintain accurate client records and update them as needed.
Data Entry and Processing:
· Input client data into the organization's database.
· Process enrollment forms and related documentation efficiently.
· Maintain and update client files with precision.
· Generate reports on enrollment trends and other relevant data.
Required qualifications for this position include:
· Exceptional interpersonal skills.
· Positive and flexible attitude.
· Keen attention to detail and ability to follow procedures meticulously.
· Proficient in establishing quick rapport over the phone with potential new clients.
· Reliable with an outstanding attendance record.
· Strong organizational skills and adept at handling a high volume of outbound calls daily.
· Ability to simplify information and communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
· Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite
· High School Diploma or GED.
Preferred qualifications for this position include:
· Experience with and knowledge of HIPAA regulations
· Experience in a client care setting
