Job Description
- Process accounts payable
- Record journal entries and reconcile general ledger
- Assist with financial filing projects
- Distribute incoming mail
- Prepare outgoing mail
- Coordinate calendar meetings
- Assist with preparing accounting reports
- Complete other projects/tasks as assigned
- 2-3 years of recent Accounts Payable experience
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite programs
- Prior experience with calendaring
- Accurate data entry skills
- Professional written and verbal communication skills
- Background within finance or accounting preferred
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize
- Ability to be flexible and adaptable to new projects
- Strong accuracy and attention to detail
