We are looking for a Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team and provide quality home health care to our patients. The ideal candidate will have experience in wound care, medication administration, and other nursing duties. This position requires excellent communication skills, the ability to work independently, and the ability to follow instructions from the supervising physician. We are looking for a compassionate individual who is dedicated to providing the highest quality of care to our patients.

Responsibilities:

• Provide basic patient care, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician.
• Assist with wound care, including changing dressings and monitoring healing.
• Provide emotional support to patients and their families.
• Monitor vital signs and record information in patient's medical record.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the physician or registered nurse.
• Provide home health care services to patients in their homes.

This is a 7 week woundcare positon for 1 hour.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $55.00 per hour
