Job Title: Unarmed Security Officer
Location: Braintree, MA
Shifts Available: Part-Time Weekends Only
Starting Pay: $18.50
Position Overview: We are currently seeking a vigilant and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Guard Shack Security Officer. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring access to our client's premises, maintaining a secure environment, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor entry and exit points to the premises from the guard shack.
• Verify credentials and authorize access for employees, visitors, and contractors.
• Conduct regular patrols of the surrounding area to ensure security.
• Respond promptly to alarms or incidents and take appropriate action.
• Complete accurate logs and reports documenting all security-related activities.
• Assist with emergency procedures as needed, including evacuations and lockdowns.
• Collaborate with other security personnel and law enforcement agencies as required.
• Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong observational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
• Basic computer skills for report writing and data entry.
• Physical ability to perform patrols and respond to incidents as needed.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
