We are looking for a Windshield Clerk to join us immediately. Preferred candidates are detail-oriented and thorough. Insurance billing experience is preferred, but not required. Successful candidates seek to produce highly precise and accurate work and thrive in a culture that values efficiency.

The Windshield Clerk at Chapman Honda is responsible for providing administrative support to the dealership's Service department. This is a part-time to full-time, hourly position in the auto industry located in Tucson, Arizona. As a Windshield Clerk, you will be responsible for providing administrative support in our Auto department. This role will work closely with the Service department team to ensure efficient and effective operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent organization skills, and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Maintain and organize records of windshield inventory and appointments.
• Coordinate and schedule windshield replacements and repairs.
• Communicate with customers and provide them with information regarding their windshield replacements or repairs.
• Prepare invoices and process payments for windshield services.
• Work closely with the Auto department to ensure timely completion of windshield services.
• Keep track of any discrepancies and report any issues to the Auto manager.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Desired Skills, Qualifications, and Experience:
• Working knowledge of basic computer skills and programs, such as Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multi-task.
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug test.
