**Major Job Responsibilities:**

Personal Cares: conduct meal preparation, provide personal cares such as bathing/hygiene activities, assist with routine schedules (sleep time, getting ready for work/appointments)

Increase clients quality of life through recreational activities, community outings, leisure activities, reading to clients, playing games, etc.

Household cares: assist with laundry, cleanliness of living areas, and safe walkways/sidewalks

Provide client behavior assistance, support & behavior modification according to the client Treatment Plans. Develop and maintain a therapeutic relationship with clients

Provide medication administration to clients as directed by nursing staff and the treatment plan, as well as observe and keep accurate documentation.

Communication: conduct daily review of client communication logs and complete charting

**Job Requirements:**

**Valid drivers license & and pass a background check**

**Education:** High School diploma or equivalent.

**Job Related Experience:** No Experience: Will train
