In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent hospitality and customer service to our guests. Duties: - Greet guests with a warm and friendly welcome - Seat guests and provide them with menus - Take food and beverage orders accurately - Enter orders into the POS system - Ensure timely delivery of food and drinks to guests' tables - Assist servers with refilling drinks and clearing tables - Answer phone calls and assist with reservations or inquiries - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host station and dining area - Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations Requirements: - Previous experience in hospitality or food service is preferred - Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment - Basic knowledge of restaurant operations and procedures - Familiarity with phone etiquette and professional communication - Ability to work well within a team as well as independently - Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Please note that all positions at our establishment are paid positions.
