RESPONSIBILITIES:

*Dishwashing in BOH

*Bussing Glassware in FOH

*Sanitizing Resetting Tables

*Supporting BOH FOH where needed

*Maintaining cleanliness of any BOH work areas, including and not limited to refrigeration, cooking equipment, and prep areas

*Participate in deep cleaning of BOH work areas, including and not limited to refrigeration, cooking equipment, and prep areas

Job Requirements

• Restaurant experience preferred

• Evenings and weekends required

• Willingness to learn

• Efficiency in multi-tasking in high stress situations

• Ability to work alone and with a team

• Ability to maintain a clean and sanitary work environment

• Current food workers card required

- Must be able to work a variety of scheduled shifts (weekends, holidays, etc...) based on the needs of the restaurant volume
- Reliable, with a sense of pride and ownership for your work
