```Duties```
- Provide direct patient care, including assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patients' conditions
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor and document patients' vital signs and medical history
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Educate patients and their families on disease management, treatment options, and preventive measures
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records using electronic health record systems (Cerner, ICD-9)

- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of [location]
- Minimum of [x] years of experience as a Registered Nurse
- Proficient in various nursing skills, including IV insertion
