Location: Bergey's Chevrolet- Colmar, PA

Shift: Part Time 3p-7p daily with rotating Saturdays

Responsibilities:

* Oversee and organize customer files.

* Maintain confidential customer and company information.

* Track Inventory stock and inbound vehicles.

* Prepare inventory folders.

* Establish and maintain strong relations with our accounting, sales, and managers.

* Maintain accurate daily, monthly, quarterly, and year-end folders.

* Maintain professional demeanor and appearance, as well as keep work area organized.

* Employee may be required to perform other job duties as assigned.

* Work well in a fast-paced environment.

* Demonstrates behaviors consistent with the Company s Values in all interaction's coworkers, vendors.

* Ensure all car deals are ready to go to the accounting office

* Verify payoffs and insurance coverage for car deals

* Assist all finance personnel throughout the day with phone calls and customers

* Check/verify paperwork involved with cash, finance, or loan transactions

* Verify bank approval on financed and leased deals

* Understand all programs and rate options offered by our lenders

* Must be able to work well on your own

* All other task assigned by manager

Requirements:

* Valid Driver's License

* Successful completion of background checks and drug screening
