DSN (Part Time): Under either direct or indirect supervision, provides care for adults with intellectual or related disabilities at the Disabilities and Special Needs facility or in a public setting while ensuring each individual is in a safe and secure environment. Staff orchestrates social and creative activities as well as assisting with the care and required support for those with additional personal needs. Arts and crafts, dancing, outdoor events, community gatherings, movies and special monthly excursions are a few of the learning, growing and enjoyable experiences staff and participants will mutual enjoy. This is a part time position on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm.
Candidates must be able to attend a one week orientation/training Monday through Friday for 8 hours per day typically held during the second week of the month.
