Job Description

• Develop Windowsbased C application software for test and measurement equipments.
• Develop new feature/GUI to allow customers to fully maximize the potential of the Megger equipments (mainly relay test equipments, circuit breaker/recloser test equipments and instrument transformer test equipments).
• Work with Sr. Software Developer to design and develop new software to control the test instrument
• Work with Sr. Software Developer to measure the performance, characteristic and proper operation of software while controlling the device under test.
• Proven track record of achieving reliable and quality software within scheduled timing
• Use external measurement devices/scopes to perform satisfactory testing of his/her software
• Experienced of developing multithreaded software
• Possess creativity in using software to solve problem
• Communicate well with other engineers and managers
• Flexible and open to support Sr. Software Developer and work as a team member to solve highly critical issues
• Work with multiple mediumsized project in parallel
• Mentor and provide guidance so smaller tasks can be assigned to Junior Software Developer and be accomplished with expectations

Qualifications/Requirements

• 310 years experience of developing C Windowsbased application software
• Five years developing multithreaded software preferably with VS environment.
• Indepth knowledge of object oriented programming
• Ability to troubleshoot sophisticated applications and provide a proper solution to remedy the issues
• Have a bachelor degree in Computer Engineering or Computer Science
• Knowledge of TCP/IP communications
• Proven track record of accomplishing reliable software within scheduled timing

Preferred qualifications:

• Understanding how relay testing and measurement equipments work would be a plus
• Master degree in Computer Engineering and/or Computer Science
