Barton Hills is an upscale private Country Club. Amenities include an 18 hole golf course, casual dining, formal dining, bar, tennis courts, and a newly renovated pool.

We are looking for new hospitality professionals to join our team as we expand and grow!

Primary Responsibilities for Bartenders

• Greet guests and provide them with menu information, including preparation techniques, specials and wine pairings
• Communicate with dining room and kitchen personnel
• Take food and beverage orders using appropriate procedures
• Ensure all items are prepared and served accurately
• Process guests' orders in a timely and accurate fashion
• Observe customers to ensure satisfaction
• Serve food and beverages according to standard procedures
• Make sure check is totaled correctly and assigned to the correct member account
• Stock work station and perform assigned side duties

Knowledge and Skill Requirements for Bartenders

• One year bartending experience
• Must be willing to serve when necessary
• High school graduate or equivalent. Must be 18 or older
• Must be able to perform simple math calculations
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds

Compensation based on experience

Bartender Base Pay: 7.00 Tips

Golf available for employees on Monday's and meals provided every shift.
