Job Title: Medical Director

Location: Griffin, GA

Position Type: Part-Time, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, 20 Hours a Week

Starting Pay: $128.00 / Per Hour

Responsibilities:

• Provide medical care to clients by examining and evaluating their conditions and needs.
• Write orders for precautions, restrictions, medications, or consultations necessary for appropriate treatment.
• Facilitate hospitalization of clients when necessary and maintain clinical records according to prescribed protocols.
• Offer care, advice, and referral coordination via telephone and secure messaging as appropriate.
• Lead interdisciplinary teams in formulating individualized treatment plans, collaborating with clinicians, nurses, and direct care staff to evaluate progress and revise plans as needed.
• Provide medical expertise and presence during public health emergencies.
• Facilitate public awareness and education programs to promote early detection and prevention of disease and/or environmental hazards.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Medical degree recognized by the Georgia Composite Medical Board (GCMB).
• Licensure in the state of Georgia as provided by state law.
• Two years of experience.
