Job Description

As a Machine Learning Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in developing and deploying machine learning models to extract valuable insights from complex datasets. You will collaborate closely with our other team members to understand business requirements, design scalable solutions, and drive impactful results.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, train, and deploy machine learning models using Python and associated libraries such as NumPy and SciPy.
• Utilize advanced machine learning techniques to extract meaningful insights and patterns from large datasets.
• Work independently to identify opportunities for leveraging machine learning to solve business problems and drive growth.
• Collaborate with software engineers to integrate machine learning models into production systems.
• Stay current with the latest machine learning technologies and best practice advancements.
• Responsible for detecting patterns of dysfunction in project management. 
• Experience in pattern detection in an organizational context is required, such as:
• Fraud detection,
• Identification of cross-selling opportunities,
• Detection of likely future equipment failures,
• Identifying skill/resource coverage shortfalls in resource scheduling,
• Finding weaknesses and sources of possible delays in supply chain

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field.
• Proven experience in developing machine learning models using Python as the primary programming language.
• Proficiency in Python with NumPy and SciPy, Pandas, scikit-learn, and Apache Spark for data manipulation and distributed computation
• Familiarity with Amazon SageMaker is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and drive projects to completion.
