Ariel Community Care LLC is seeking talented compassionate individuals who share our dedication to excellence to join our team as an Intensive In-Home Associate Professional [IIH-AP]. As a part of our team this individual will be responsible for the planning and coordination of therapeutic and rehabilitative services to consumers enrolled in IIH. The IIH-AP is responsible for execution and coordination of services in accordance with the PCP; ongoing assessment of the client’s needs; ongoing evaluation of effectiveness of intervention; and, ongoing measurement of client outcomes. The IIH-AP provides case management functions, supportive counseling and skill-building interventions. The IIH-AP provides clinical oversight and coordination of Associate Professionals and Paraprofessionals in implementing interventions in accordance with the PCP. The IIH-AP is also responsible for being a supportive and contributing team member to the client system, families, schools and community agencies. The IIH-AP reports directly to the Supervisor of Intensive In-Home Services.
QUALIFICATIONS
In order for consideration, the following minimum qualifications must be met.
Graduate of a college or university with a masters degree in a human service field with less than one year of full-time, post-graduate degree accumulated mh/dd/sa experience with the population served, or a substance abuse professional with less than one year of full-time, post-graduate degree accumulated supervised experience in alcoholism and drug abuse counseling.
Or
Graduate of a college or university with a bachelor's degree in a human service field with less than two years of full-time, post-bachelor's degree accumulated mh/dd/sa experience with the population served, or a substance abuse professional with less than two years of full-time, post-bachelor's degree accumulated supervised experience in alcoholism and drug abuse counseling.
Or
Graduate of a college or university with a bachelor's degree in a field other than human services with less than four years of full-time, post-bachelor's degree accumulated mh/dd/sa experience with the population served, or a substance abuse professional with less than four years of full-time, post-bachelor's degree accumulated supervised experience in alcoholism and drug abuse counseling.
And
1. Knowledge of child and adolescent mental health/substance abuse disorders and consistent treatment approaches.
2. Ability to implement, then convey therapeutic interventions, outcomes and consumer progress on progress notes.
3. Obtain and maintain all certification/training requirements
4. Knowledge of systems-approach to provision of care, and ability to apply this approach within Intensive In-Home service.
5. Advanced skills in PC/Word processing/database/spreadsheets/systems, and integrating the advanced skills to produce complex reports and documents.
6. Ability to apply therapeutic techniques. Ability to use good professional judgment and detail oriented. Ability to work independently with minimal direct supervision
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
