Job Summary: WANT TO GET PAID FOR SLEEPING & HAVE MOST OF THE WEEK OFF?
ARC is seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team of Residential Support Professionals. As a Residential Support Professional, you will provide essential care and support to individuals with disabilities or special needs in their homes. Your role will involve assisting with daily activities, promoting independence, and ensuring the overall well-being of our residents. All shifts are 24-48 hour block shifts that allow for staff to sleep during the overnight hours, while also having significant time off during the week.

Duties Include:
- Provide direct care and support to individuals with disabilities or special needs.
- Assist with their personal hygiene tasks, including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
- Administer medications according to prescribed schedules with nursing oversight.
- Assist with meal planning, preparation, and feeding as needed.
- Support individuals in engaging in social activities and community outings.
- Enforce existing behavior management strategies to promote positive behaviors.
- Provide transportation for residents to appointments, activities, and/or errands as needed.

Skills:
- First aid and CPR certification preferred, but not required.
- Experience a plus in fields such as senior care, assisted living, or in-home health care.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate with the resident's support teams.
- Must have a valid driver's license, reliable registered transportation, and liability auto insurance.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $336.00 per week
