Job Overview:
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to provide essential support and assistance to individuals in need. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in helping clients maintain their independence and improve their quality of life. This position requires a strong commitment to providing exceptional care and ensuring the well-being of our clients.

Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Administer medications and monitor vital signs as directed by healthcare professionals
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Assist with light housekeeping tasks, including meal preparation, laundry, and cleaning
- Accompany clients to medical appointments and assist with transportation needs
- Follow care plans and communicate any changes in client's condition to the appropriate healthcare professionals
- Provide end-of-life care and support for clients in hospice care
- Assist with mobility needs, including transferring and lifting clients as necessary

Skills:
- Experience in providing patient care, preferably in assisted living or nursing home settings
- Knowledge of basic medical procedures and ability to take accurate vital signs
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients and their families
- Ability to handle difficult situations with empathy, patience, and professionalism
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions from healthcare professionals
- Proficient in using electronic documentation systems for recording client information
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
