Wound Care Physician
Reports to: Medical Director / Supervising Physician
JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY:
Wound care provider is responsible for provision of patient care as directed by the needs of Omni Wound Physicians. The wound care provider is responsible for working within their scope of practice and in collaboration with the Medical Director and other clinical staff to provide and manage advanced wound care/G-tube management or replacement in the patient’s place of residence.
